5 / 5 based on 1 reviewsI aquired this set of heads at guitar center for about $14.50 per head. I bought 3 of them, in 12, 13, and 16. It was in modesto, california. I needed these because my G2 heads were worn out.
I like everything. They have a nice fat, deep, punchy sound. On both my rack toms, I need no muffling whatsoever. My floor tom, however, needs lots of muffling no matter what heads you put on, so I put 5 moongel pads on it and it sounds great and deep. I am completely in love with these heads.
UH, Uh...UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUH...Nothing.
These heads are clear two ply heads with a thick muffling pinstripe around the edge. The heads are extremely thick. They barely have any marks on them at all. They will last me a long time.
If you are unsatisfied with your tom sound, and need a deep punch with a lot of low end, these are the way to go. See you next review.
